I’m Sharif Hadidi, a product leader based in Japan. I work where business priorities meet the technical choices that make products possible.
My career began in software development, enterprise customer delivery, and prototype experiences. That foundation still shapes how I work: understand the problem, question the assumptions, and learn what the system actually needs to do.
Early ventures and research projects took that approach into museums, agriculture, shared living, and multimedia transcription. Later roles at American Express, Caesars Entertainment, and KabuK Style brought the same curiosity to enterprise platforms and complex operations.
Today, I focus on platform strategy, integrations, data workflows, and adoption. I help teams connect product decisions to their business consequences, from launch speed and operating cost to organizational alignment.
